Mr. Omowaye is a Chartered Stockbroker of 29years standing. He has a B.Sc. degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife (1988) and an MBA from University of Ado- Ekiti (2003). He joined the company in 2005. Prior to his joining the company, he has worked in organisations such as: FIS Securities Limited, General Securities & Investment Limited and Forte Financial and Asset Management Limited. He comes with about 26years cognate experience in corporate finance, Asset/Portfolio Management, Securities Trading and Investment Analysis and Research. He has attended several local and international training courses. Mr. Omowaye is an accomplished Investment Manager, Trader and respected financial analyst. He is married with children.

AYOKUNLE EMMANUEL ADETOLU, MBA, FCS

Chief Operating Officer
He is a graduate of Agricultural Economics from the University of Ife. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration from Ladoke Akintola University, Ogbomosho. He is an authorized dealing clerk of the Nigerian Exchange Group and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers amongst others. Prior to his joining the company, he has worked in organisations such as: FIS Securities Limited and Mission Securities Limited (a subsidiary of Universal Trust Bank Plc). He comes with about 28years cognate experience in corporate finance, Asset/Portfolio Management, Securities Trading and Investment Analysis. He has attended several local and international training courses. Mr. Ayokunle is an accomplished Investment Manager, Trader and respected financial analyst. He is married with children.

FATOKUN OLUWASEUN OLADIMEJI

Head I.T

Oluwaseun is a competent I.T. Network Professional with a proven track record of providing specialist technical and helpdesk support. He holds Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computer Science from Yaba College of Technology. He is a certified ISO/IEC 20000:2018(IT Service Management Systems) and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (Information Security Management System) with Standard & Best Practice(S&BP). He has background knowledge of Hardware Networking, database administration, telecommunication, a system hardware engineer, a LAN/WAN Network analyst/Engineer. He is also the current Data Protection Officer of his organization. He also has vast knowledge in D-Link & CISCO network equipment usage and solutions, Windows Active Directory Administrator, Sophos Firewall Expert. He has excellent client facing skills, natural problem solving and analytical skills and able to contribute to the development of best practice, procedures and policies within the company. He had attended Cybersecurity training, Sophos Security Training and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Training. He is currently the Head of Information and Communications Technology of Regency Assets Management Limited.

ADEDOTUN ADEBISI

Head, Research & Strategy

Adedotun is a mathematics graduate from the Federal University of Petroleum Resources, renowned for his analytical acumen and keen interest in financial data interpretation. He began his career as a data analyst, where he developed actionable insights for diverse client segments across both local and international markets. Driven by a deepening interest in finance, Adedotun pursued the ICAN certification, which propelled his transition into financial analysis. He currently serves as a Senior Equity Research Analyst at Regency Assets Management Limited, where he leverages over three years of specialized experience in equity research, market analytics, and investment strategy. Adedotun's expertise spans comprehensive data analysis, trend forecasting, and risk assessment, making him a valued contributor to the firm’s financial advisory and asset management services.

OGIDI ANTHONIA OMOLOLA. MSC, ACS

Head, Operations & Management Services
She holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) Degree in Economics from University of Lagos and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ibadan. She is an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Exchange Group and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.

Olufunmi is an experienced professional with extensive experience working in the financial services industry. Over the last 10 years, she's built expertise in wealth management.
She has a customer-focused approach to service delivery and has cross-functional work experience spanning operations, customer services, risk management, and business development.
She holds a Masters’ degree in Business Administration.

MURITALA, OLANIYI BUNMI FCA:

Chief Finance Officer

He holds a Higher National Diploma from the Kwara State Polytechnics, Ilorin and an Associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN).Prior joining Regency Assets Management Limited, he worked with GTI Capital Limited as Head of Asset Management. Muritala is a Senior Manager and Head of Account and Administration.

SESAN OLOKOYO

Head, Enterprise Risk Management

Mr. Sesan Olokoyo is a financial analysis and risk expert. He is a risk and control consultant and professional with a demonstrated work history in the Banking Industry, skilled in Enterprise Risk Management, Financial Management, Compliance, Internal Control, Credit Administration, Account Reconciliation, and Continuous Improvement. He holds the Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Yaba College of Technology, a (Economics) degree from Olabisi Onabanjo University (formerly Ogun State University), and a Master of Business Administration with specialty in Finance from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology.

He is a certified Banker and member of other professional bodies such as Institute of Chartered Economic of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Banker of Nigeria, Association of Enterprise Risk Management Professionals (AERMP), and Institute of Risk Management (IRM). He started his banking career in 2005 serving in various departments and under various managements. He had attended training both locally and internationally.

NELSON OSARUMWENSE

Head, Regulatory and Compliance.

An Economist, investment adviser and portfolio diversification expert with key interest in portfolio assets simulation and valuation. He has over 10years experience in Securities dealings which cut across Operations, account, Business development (Marketing) and internal control/ Compliance. His experience in securities dealing and business processing re-engineering (BPR) through training and workshops organized by market regulator (SEC/NGX Group) on market rules and regulation, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Anti-Money Laundering/Combating the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) by Forensics and compliance Institute (FCI) and other partners brought about his long-standing interest in both applied Microeconomics and Macroeconomic policy in investment management decision. An Alumnus of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma where he obtained BSc in Economics, an associate member of Portfolio Management Institute of Nigeria (PMI), PGD in logistics and Supply Chain Management and Student Member Associate of Certified Anti-Money laundering Specialists (ACAMS). He is currently the Chief Compliance Officer with Regency Assets Management Limited.
